If your whole purpose of different lengths is to move the controller to
one side, why not use two pieces that are long enough to reach either
turbo? As in, if you want to mount it on the DS, run a hose to the PS
turbo, take it off and cut a piece the same length to use on the DS. You
can coil up the excess and put it somewhere where it is hidden. Or, you can tee the hose in the middle and run a hose off of the tee to
the controller and both sides will still be equal. I never understood the need to be different. If there are ways to do what
you want, while still following what people with experience recommend,
why be different? Bernie is not a "mediocre mind", he is trying to help
you based on his experience.
